It’s the KCSB-FM 2023 Fund Drive!
Today marks the first day of the KCSB 2023 Fund Drive, our once a year on-air fundraiser – where we ask the KCSB listeners to support the station in the form of a financial donation. You can donate a number of ways:
- Donate to KCSB directly via this link and contribute out of the generosity of your community radio supporting heart
- Head to the KCSB Merch page and, in return for your donation, choose one of the many quality thank you gifts – shirts, hoodies, beanies, bags, etc
- Rock it old school and call 805-893-2424 and walk through either process with one of our volunteer operators who are (hopefully) standing by to help facilitate your donation
Make sure you write-in or mention “The Return of CoolMojo” as the show you are referencing in your donation. This is mostly for my own ego.
I will have more to say during my show this Saturday about the reasons you should contribute to KCSB – but suffice it to say that KCSB is an extremely unique and valuable resource. Not every community is lucky enough to have a radio station that not only provides quality resources for underrepresented voices and content – but even fewer communities have a station that has the open door policies in which literally ANYONE in the community has an opportunity to be on the air. The care and feeding of KCSB is something about which everyone should care – and this is a great way to show your support.
