RoCM Playlist: 08 Feb 2025
This week we feature a few artists that we’ve never heard from before and yet have some great offerings. We start off with an album by Marc Edwards and then a track by a frequent collaborator of Marc Edwards, bassist Hilliard Greene. We also hear a track by the influential pianist Hasaan Ibn Ali.
After a track from Hear In Now, we head into the second hour with an acknowledgement of the passing of pedal steel guitar virtuoso Susan Alcorn, who sadly left us on January 31st. And we round out the second hour with tracks from Charles Tyler, The Collective, and the ever stellar Fay Victor.
